Warranty

We proudly offer the best warranty in the industry today. Compare our FOUR LEVEL Guarantee with any of our competitors: 

First, you receive our life-time warranty on the frame, legs, canopy skin, bench skin, acrylic support strips, and front skirt support, or about 90% of the construction materials.

Secondly, there is a three year warranty on the internal electrical components. These items are the relays, sockets, ballasts, wire terminals (cage clamp design), etc inside the tanning unit.

Thirdly, we offer a one year pro-rated warranty on shocks & acrylics are among the few manufacturers who offer any type of warranty on tanning bed wearable items such as shocks and acrylics.

Finally, we offer a full, on-site Parts & Labor warranty for the first 90 days. If anything breaks in the first 90 days we send a technician to your location to ensure the beds are set up and operating properly from the start.

We truly believe in our SOLID STEEL construction and the durability of design. Our tanning salon equipment will last at least 15 years in a moderately used salon environment, our competitor's plastic covered tanning beds last only 3 or 4 years in a tanning salon environment and in some cases, they do not make replacement parts for tanning beds older than 4 years old.   We have parts for every bed we have ever manufactured.  This includes parts for the grandfather of the Tropical Rays model:  Sunal Tanning Beds, which are still in operation today at a salon near you.
